Tapping into the Equine Nervous System

Meghan Brady will help us explore the connection between bodywork and the equine nervous system. She will demonstrate techniques that help horses relax, release tension, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a state of calm and balance. There will be some hands on activities for this seminar.
​
Additionally for those new to Body Work, Meghan will be doing her Introduction to Body Work Seminar at Mountain View Supply on Monday, April 29 at 6pm. MVS is located at 5104 Old Rt 22, Hamburg, PA 19526 RSVP to FAY.
