• All members must volunteer four (4) hours at any club event or for LCHSA official activities during the current fiscal year to be eligible for ANY year end award.

• To Qualify for the Championship Classes at the October Show, 4 hours of volunteer time must be completed for the Ludwigs Corner Horse Show Association.  This volunteer time helps to pay for the use of the show grounds for the October Show, and will count towards club volunteer hours for year end awards.

• Volunteer time can be completed at FCEA organized events, work days, by participating on an active committee, attending Board meetings (1 hr/meeting) or at LCHSA approved events.  Volunteers must be 14 years or older, so immediate family members may complete the required hours for younger members.

• Volunteer hours will be distributed for Committee Chair and BOD service at 10 per year. Committee members will receive hours for active participation on their perspective committee turned in by the chair.
